Please see our Pricing Guide for a general guide. Our full-service floral design package starts at $12,000 for events within Colorado, and $20,000 for destination events. For smaller-scale events or more intimate gatherings, we occasionally take on projects outside this scope on a case-by-case basis. We recommend allocating about 15% of your total wedding budget to floral designs to ensure a truly breathtaking experience. Our full-service event offerings include access to our curated collection of specialty vases, vessels, candles, and décor, ensuring every detail feels thoughtfully chosen. From delivery to setup, our team handles all aspects of your floral décor, so you can relax and enjoy your day. After your event, we’ll return to take care of teardown. Want to keep your flowers? Let us know, and we’ll help make it happen! Anything you don’t wish to keep will be composted whenever possible, reflecting our commitment to sustainability.

Absolutely! We love bringing our signature floral artistry to celebrations beyond Colorado, whether across the country or around the world. No matter the location, we remain deeply committed to beauty, sustainability, and an intentional approach to design. For weddings and events outside of Colorado, our minimum investment begins at $20,000.

Yes, we require our clients to work with a planner. The reason is simple: crafting a truly memorable event involves countless logistics and careful coordination. We believe you should focus on enjoying the journey, not managing the details. With a planner by your side, you’ll have a smoother, more enjoyable experience, and it allows our team to focus fully on delivering our best work for your event.
How far in advance should I book you?
How far in advance should I book Yarrow & Spruce?
While every event is different, on average our clients are booking us 8-10 months before their event. Peak-season dates (June-October) book the fastest, and on average we only take 15-20 events per year.
Where do you source your flowers?
How do your source your flowers?
Sourcing flowers is one of our favorite parts of planning for our events. We are seasonally inspired by what grows here in Colorado, so we work closely with small flower farms from around the state. Of course there are more varieties out there than what can be grown here, so as needed we source blooms from other reputable farms around the United States. We pre-order approximately 75% of the flowers for our designs in advance, leaving the last 25% for hand selection the week of your event. We call this the cherry on top: the flowers no one was expecting, or knew about, but happen to look the most beautiful that week. They bring the magic!
